Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream Bars are vegan summer time treats made with a chocolates cookie crust along with a frozen banana filling up!
1 tablespoon unsweetened cashew milk (OR your favorite nondairy milk)
3 frozen bananas (ideally trim into fourths before freezing)
3 cups unsweetened cashew milk (OR your preferred nondairy milk)
3 tablespoons brown sugar
9 tablespoons peanut butter
Preheat oven to 350°F. Coating a 9- by 13-in . pan with food preparation spray.
In a food processor, pulse chocolate cookies until they resemble small crumbs. Add sugar and canola essential oil, then add 1 tablespoon cashew milk and pulse until mixed. Press blend into prepared skillet. Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to great completely.
Within a blender, combine frozen bananas, 3 cups cashew milk, brown sugar, cocoa powder, and peanut butter; mix. Scrape down sides and blend again until completely even. Pour into ready pie crust.
Freeze skillet until pubs are set, a minimum of 8 hours. Thaw 30 minutes or until gentle enough to cut. Serve immediately.
